Production Of The All-New 2027 INFINITI QX65 Kicks Off In Tennessee

INFINITI plans to roll out yet another new creation soon: the 2027 QX65. It’s about to enter the assembly process in good old Tennessee, a state that played a big part in America’s 250-year history. This is an automaker that knows how much hometown pride matters to Americans. That’s one reason Nissan and INFINITI want the QX65 built right on American soil.

2027 INFINITI QX65 Enters Production

When INFINITI assembles their vehicles, two-thirds of them are assembled right in the USA. Their QX65 is going to be assembled in Tennessee, a part of the family for almost 15 years now. The good folks in Tennessee know how to efficiently and expertly put together your favorite INFINITI designs.

QX65 models will be built in the historic Smyrna assembly plant, currently celebrating more than 40 years of excellence. David Johnson, regional senior vice president of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, and Purchasing, recently commented on the QX65’s assembly process. “Assembling an all-new INFINITI nameplate in Tennessee underscores the strength of our manufacturing operations and the team members behind it.”

Eric Ledieu, vice president, INFINITI Americas, also weighed in: The start of QX65 assembly is a powerful statement about where INFINITI is heading and affirms the brand as a key pillar of Nissan’s future. It reflects our belief in U.S. manufacturing, our confidence in our teams, and our readiness to deliver on INFINITI’s product renaissance with vehicles that reset expectations in their segments.”
