Drivers around Long Beach, Torrance, and Fullerton often seek a reliable sedan with advanced technologies, a spacious interior, and plenty of amenities. Two popular options are the INFINITI Q50 vs. Toyota Camry. Which one would ultimately be right for you?

To help decide, we here at Norm Reeves Cerritos INFINITI created this 2018 INFINITI Q50 vs Toyota Camry vehicle comparison. We’ll go over the cars’ similarities and differences, so that you can make an informed decision. Read all about them below, and contact us if you have any questions.

The Q50 and Camry have lots of high-tech features to help keep you connected and entertained.
For instance, they both come standard with infotainment systems that have a 7-inch touchscreen and 6-speaker sound system. They also come standard with Bluetooth® technology to stream audio or make hands-free phone calls.
The Q50 comes standard with a 3-month trial subscription to SiriusXM® Satellite Radio, too. Additionally, you get a 4-year trial to SiriusXM Travel Link® in the base trim. This gives you access to weather, fuel prices, movie times, and more.

Meanwhile, the Camry doesn’t offer SiriusXM® Satellite Radio until the higher trims. Unfortunately, you won’t find SiriusXM Travel Link® in any version of the vehicle.

There’s plenty of space in both sedans for five people, especially for those sitting up front. The 2018 Q50 gives you 40.2 inches of front headroom, 44.5 inches of front legroom, and 101.5 cubic feet of passenger volume.

The 2018 Camry is still spacious, but not as much as the Q50. This Toyota sedan offers 38.3 inches of front headroom, 42.1 inches of front legroom, and 100.4 cubic feet of passenger volume.

The vehicles’ differences extend to their interior style, as the INFINITI Q50 is considered a luxury vehicle.
For example, the INFINITI Q50 comes standard with leatherette seating, Lunar Black trim, and a leather-wrapped 3-spoke steering wheel and shift knob. Upgrade to a higher trim level, and you’ll find leather-appointed seats or Semi-Aniline quilted leather-appointed seating. There are also sophisticated material options like Kaccu aluminum trim and Maple wood trim.

The Toyota Camry, on the other hand, comes standard with fabric-trimmed seats. Upgrade to a higher trim level, and you get either Sport SofTex®-trimmed seats with fabric inserts or leather-trimmed seats. Overall, the look isn’t as refined as it is in the Q50.

Both sedans offer plenty of amenities to help stay comfortable on every drive. For example, they both offer heated front seats. However, the Q50 also offers a heated steering wheel, to help keep your hands warm on chillier nights.

Furthermore, the Q50 comes standard with an 8-way power driver’s seat with lumbar support, along with an 8-way power front-passenger’s seat. The Camry has those same settings, too, but not until a higher trim level.

Dual-zone automatic climate control is another feature that’s standard in the Q50 but only available in the Camry in a higher trim level. The Q50 also offers an Advanced Climate Control System (ACCS) with auto-recirculation, Plasmacluster® air purifier, and Grape Polyphenol Filter.

There’s nothing like ACCS any version of the Toyota Camry.

The Camry is a great everyday car. However, if you’re looking for a sophisticated vehicle with lots of features, then the 2018 INFINITI Q50 may be a great fit.
