We’ll give you a detailed look at the similarities and differences between each model, so you can make an informed decision. Read all about them below and contact us if you have any questions.

The INFINITI Q50 and Lexus IS 350 offer lots of high-tech features to keep you connected and entertained. For example, they both come standard with Bluetooth® capability to stream audio or make hands-free phone calls.

The Q50 also comes standard with a 3-month trial subscription to SiriusXM® Satellite Radio plus a 4-year trial to SiriusXM® Travel Link. The former gives you over 150 channels of commercial-free music plus sports, comedy, news, and more. The latter gives you access to weather, fuel prices, movie times, and more.

Unfortunately, these features aren’t available in the IS 350. But the IS 350 does offer a 15-speaker Mark Levinson Premium Surround Sound Audio System to hear your media options in crystal-clear quality. However, the Q50 goes a step further by offering a 16-speaker Bose® Performance Series Audio stereo system.

Both vehicles offer plenty of room for five passengers, especially for those in the back seat. For example, the INFINITI Q50 has 37.5 inches of rear headroom, 35.1 inches of rear legroom, and 101.5 cubic feet of passenger volume. The Lexus IS 350, while still spacious, has just 36.9 inches of rear headroom, 32.2 inches of rear legroom, and 90.2 cubic feet of passenger volume.

Furthermore, the 2018 Q50 has a 13.2-cubic-foot trunk to easily fit your shopping bags, luggage, and other items. Meanwhile, the 2018 IS 350 only has a 10.8-cubic-foot trunk, which could make a big difference when you need to transport lots of items.

But they both offer heated front seats, along with a heated steering wheel, to stay nice and cozy on chillier nights.

The INFINITI Q50 comes standard with a 2.0L 4-cylinder engine that delivers 208 horsepower, but its most powerful engine is a 3.0L V6 that produces 400 horsepower. Meanwhile, the most powerful engine in the Lexus IS 350 is a 3.5L V6 that delivers just 311 horsepower.

The power in the Q50 doesn’t compromise its fuel efficiency, as it can achieve an EPA-estimated 23 city/30 highway MPG.* The IS 350, on the other hand, can only achieve an EPA-estimated 20 city/28 highway MPG.
But both vehicles come in either rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive, with the latter being ideal on slippery roads.

The 2018 Lexus IS 350 may be an impressive sedan, but the 2018 INFINITI Q50 has more available features and an all-around better performance. But if you’re still unsure if it’s right for you, then you can check it out in person.
