Design
The INFINITI QX80 has a striking and glamorous exterior. The QX80 comes with a panoramic sunroof and standard 20-inch wheels. A hands-free liftgate is standard. Second in line, the Luxe trim upgrades to 22-inch wheels, while the Sport has unique wheels and dark chrome and black exterior accents. The top Autograph trim has a roof with a contrasting color scheme.
The Nissan Armada has a boxier appearance than the INFINITI and fewer distinguishing aesthetic features among the trim levels. The base Armada starts off with 18-inch wheels, and 22-inch wheels are only available on the top trim level.
Features and Amenities
The 2026 QX80 has a classy cabin that is generously appointed at all trim levels. The base trim starts with synthetic leather upholstery, and captain’s chairs are standard. A heated steering wheel and heated seats in the first and second rows are standard. The QX80 includes a nice package of standard tech features too, including a 14.3-inch touchscreen, a wireless phone charger, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and a digital instrument cluster.
The base model of the Armada, the SV, doesn’t offer as many standard amenities as the INFINITI. The SV also has synthetic leather upholstery, but it does not have standard heated seats or a standard heated steering wheel. Captain’s chairs are also not standard on the base model of the Nissan Armada. The SV starts with a 12.3-inch standard touchscreen, and a wireless phone charger is not standard on the Armada.
Performance
The 2026 INFINITI QX80 is powered by a turbocharged 3.5L V6 that cranks out 450 horsepower and up to 516 pound-feet of torque.
The 2026 Armada also has a turbo V6 engine that gets slightly less power (up to 425 horsepower) on most trims and the same torque as the INFINITI.
