Specs at a Glance

The 2024 INFINITI Q50 promises to deliver an exhilarating performance. This head-turning sports sedan also puts a serious priority on comfort and safety. When shopping for a new Q50, some drivers will ultimately be choosing between the Q50 Luxe and the Q50 Sensory. Let’s take a closer look at how these two trim levels compare.

Performance

The new Q50 comes standard with a 3.0-liter, twin-turbocharged V6 engine. Like the Luxe trim, the Sensory trim is rated to develop a healthy 300 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. Power is fed to the wheels through a rapid-shifting, seven-speed automatic gearbox. While a rear-wheel-drive system comes standard, both trims are available with an Intelligent AWD system. You can select from multiple driving modes.

Appearance

Many people love the Q50’s gorgeous exterior styling. Signature LED headlights and dual exhaust finishers come standard on the Q50 Luxe. Attractive 18-inch alloy wheels enhance this trim’s striking appearance. There are several premium paint colors available, including Dynamic Sunstone Red and Majestic White.

Expect the Q50 Sensory to look a bit more aggressive. Blacked-out trim for the grille and window surrounds help set it apart. Larger 19-inch alloy wheels also bring a more muscular stance.

Features

Although the Q50 Luxe is the lineup’s entry-level trim, it hardly feels any less luxurious. Standard amenities consist of heated front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, and leather upholstery. A big highlight is INFINITI’s dual-touchscreen infotainment unit, which features Android Auto and wireless Apple CarPlay smartphone integration. To ensure that music fans can experience great audio quality, INFINITI equips the Luxe trim with a 16-speaker Bose Centerpoint surround-sound system. Other notable standard features include a 360-degree Around View Monitor camera system, a power sunroof, and a full suite of advanced safety technologies.

Travelers will appreciate the Q50 Sensory’s 3D navigation system. Black open-pore wood accents and a black headliner enhance the cabin’s opulence. An advanced climate control system and upgraded ambient lighting are also found on the Sensory trim.
