INFINITI has completely redesigned the QX80. Not only does the 2025 model have a fresh look, but it also receives a completely new powertrain. Exciting new tech, such as a Google-powered InTouch infotainment system and available Biometric Cooling, make the latest generation even more appealing. Of course, passengers will especially appreciate the SUV’s enhanced front legroom and improved ride quality.
The new QX80 is offered in four well-equipped trims: Pure, Luxe, Sensory, and Autograph. Expect the entry-level Pure trim to deliver a luxurious drive. Featuring Google built-in, INFINITI’s new infotainment system includes dual 14.3-inch screens. Meanwhile, music fans will enjoy the 14-speaker Klipsch premium audio system. Creature comforts, such as heated first and second-row seats, help ensure a relaxing drive.
Larger 22-inch alloy wheels give the Luxe trim a bolder stance. During hot weather, you’ll appreciate this trim’s ventilated seats. Leather upholstery also comes standard.
Another notch up the trim ladder is the QX80 Sensory. Its Biometric Cooling technology can automatically detect when second-row passengers become too warm. Massaging front seats and a 24-speaker Klipsch Reference Premiere sound system are also found on the Sensory trim.
Atop the lineup sits the QX80 Autograph. Massaging second-row seats and heated third-row seats take comfort to the next stage. Featuring a hands-free driving mode, ProPilot Assist 2.1 enables you to experience an even less stressful trip.
The 2025 INFINITI QX80 swaps out last year’s V8 engine for a new twin-turbo V6 engine. Output increases to a stout 450 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque. A nine-speed automatic transmission enables you to enjoy peak performance. Aside from offering strong acceleration, the new QX80 packs enough muscle to confidently tow up to 8,500 pounds. If you need maximum traction when taking rugged adventures, take advantage of the SUV’s available All-Mode 4WD system. For the first time, INFINITI now offers the QX80 with an electronic air suspension. While this suspension can be lowered for enhanced road handling and easier cargo access, raising it gives you maximum ground clearance.
Standard safety technologies include Blind Spot Intervention, Predictive Forward Collision Warning, Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, and Lane-Keeping Assist.
