“It's Randy. I left you a message on Tuesday about the rattle in my G35. I wanted to thanks for quickly taking care of the situation for me. I got great service from John and the mechanic, Arturo. He went with me on a ride along and he found the source of the rattle in less than five minutes. He was very nice and quick with the service. I arrived at Cerritos at 8:15 a.m. on a Saturday, and was out before 9 a.m. I wanted to tell you this and let you know you have great people working for you and have a great operation. I wouldn't drive 35 miles for any other reason.
On a side note, there was a brand new Infiniti dealership that opened five minutes from my place. The service rider would not cooperate. He was adamant that I come in before 5 p.m. on a weekday and they would need the car at least two days. And a few months before that incident, I brough my car in for service and there were at least five things they wanted to replace.
So, I wanted to let you know that Cerritos Infiniti is the place for me to go for service. Once again, I appreciate your help!”

“Yesterday’s service was particular “world class” and in particular, John Yaber is to be commended. My car broke down on the freeway, which was very stressful for my wife. John’s actions and attention calmed my wife, and put her at ease that we would soon be on the road again and with her parents in a reasonable period of time. John’s behavior demonstrated an ability to listen, process my information, and act upon it. His overall goal was to make our problem his problem and resolve it, and indeed he accomplished and he did just that!
I plan to purchase a new car in the next 1-2 years and Cerritos Infiniti will be my first visit based on their continuing and in particular this service experience.”

“I would truly like to thank you for how you helped my family and me yesterday. You were very prompt and generous with your time. My family and I received great service from everyone at the dealership, and it could not have gone more smoothly. I have specifically wanted a black Nissan Altima since the first time I noticed it a couple years ago; but my mom always told me it was way out of my price range. I was expecting to get a Corolla or Civic, but never an Altima. Thanks to you, I got an awesome deal! It could not be more perfect! Thanks to God and both of you, my dream came true!
